Having been on Oceanic's first cruise and having the best travel memories with this liveaboard, with great sadness, we regret to inform that The Oceanic will no longer be in service. March 1, 2024.

Oceanic Liveaboard provides an outstanding level of service in Indonesia and is currently diving East Indonesia from Komodo to Raja Ampat, a year round trip including the less know Forgotten Islands, Alor, Flores, Timor, Banda Islands, and occasionally Cenderawasih Bay with accommodations and facilities specially suited for 12 divers on 6 cabins.

1. ACCOMMODATIONS & FACILITIES

The Oceanic is a 26m yacht, fully renovated in 2016 and able to cater 12 guests in 6 en-suite double cabins. Oceanic's accommodations and facilities are specially suited for divers and provide outstanding level of service in Indonesia. All the accommodations are AC cabins with private bathroom, hot water, storage space. The 5 cabins on the lower deck are either one double bed plus single bunk or two single beds; on the upper deck 1 suite quite larger.

Oceanic's indoors and outdoors spaces are friendly and tasteful ambiances inviting to relax after dives: lounge and dinning room are on the main deck, the three main meals are served here, a mix of international, indo and asian food. The open lounge in the afterdeck is great for chill-out in front the sea with a cold beer and some nibbles at sunset, it is also the guest's favorite place for enjoy a massage. On the foredeck other sundeck serves as solarium.

The diving operations are perform from Oceanic's dive platform. Facilities includes 2 dive dinghies, camera set up area, and nitrox. The crew is friendly and well trained to assist the guests, divers or not. Oceanic's team have 20 years of experience operating in Indonesia.

Oceanic's prices and rates are in EURO, and booking with us you can pay in your preferred currency: USD, GBP, AUD, NZD, MYR, SGD, etc.

The prices of Oceanic Liveaboard are per person on double cabin shared. The single cabin (not sharing) has a supplement of 65%. The Oceanic rates are based on your accommodation choice and destination, as follow:

We have a few and simple rules, please take your time to carefully read them, at the time of confirming your booking, you automatically agree with the following terms & conditions:

Booking by Cabin

  • 20% as deposit for booking confirmation
  • 100% must be paid 90 days before cruise departure

Private Cruises & Charters

  • 20% deposit for booking confirmation
  • 100% must be paid 6 months before cruise departure

Payment Method

All payments must be made by bank transfer or bank deposit according to the payment instructions of our invoice. Reservations and payments must be communicated and send by email.

Cancellation Policy

Booking by Cabin

  • More than 90 days before departure: 85% refund
  • 89-60 days: 50% refund
  • 59-30 days: 10% refund
  • Less than 30 days: 0% refund

Private Cruises & Charters

  • More than 9 months before departure: 75% refund
  • 9-6 months: 65% refund
  • 6-3 months: 45% refund
  • Less than 3 months: 0% refund
  • Port change in Full Boat Charter: The cost of an extra day required to change the embarking or disembarking port is 1,800€. This amount is non-refundable.

6. PRIVATE CRUISES AND CHARTERS

Oceanic charter cruises in Indonesia

Oceanic Liveaboard full charter rate is €3290 per night, except Komodo €2960 per night. That means that a 10 night private cruise in Forgotten Islands will cost you €32900, and the same 10 nights in Komodo €29600, plus €1800 relocation surcharge in eventual change of embarking or disembarking ports. You need to add on top of those amounts 5-10 percent to cover alcohol, port charges, rental diving equipment, and discretional tip to the crew, paid before you leave the boat.

Oceanic Liveaboard full charter rate includes 12 crew comprised captain, cruise manager, chef and dive masters; fuel; all meals and snacks, drinking water beverages; scuba diving for certified divers, land excursions, round trip transfer.

There are not limit period for a cruise rental, 5-10 days is the regular. Actually, the only limitation is the availability, a yacht charter must be booked 6-12 months in advance.

Oceanic is available for personalized diving trips, leisure cruises and research expeditions in all the Indonesian archipelago.

  • If you are a filming crew or a professional research group and want to charter us for a documentary or a field research in any part of the Indonesian territory or in the South Pacific, tell us your needs and we will arrange every single detail.
  • Any full charter on Oceanic Liveaboard will be carefully planned and decided with you.

NON Divers Charters

We also arrange leisure, cultural or naturalistic cruises for non divers. All our routes can also be enjoyed without diving: paradise beaches, fishing villages, island hopping, marine reserves and national parks, rituals and millenary ceremonies will make the best frame for a well deserved exotic holidays.
