Posizione eccezionale
Il nostro resort è situato al centro di quattro isole distinte: Awera, Silabok, Siburu e Sipora, dove l’ambiente sottomarino è caratterizzato da estesi sistemi di barriera corallina, che spaziano dalle barriere costiere protette alle zone oceaniche esposte.

Vita marina
Poiché queste acque non sono toccate dalle immersioni commerciali, la vita marina è incredibilmente abbondante. Tra gli avvistamenti si annoverano mante, tartarughe marine, pesci napoleone, banchi di barracuda, banchi di pesci di barriera e una vivace vita macroscopica.

Subacquea
Ciò che rende Awera ancora più speciale è che la maggior parte dei siti di immersione sono ancora poco frequentati e incontaminati, offrendo una rara gemma nascosta per gli ospiti alla ricerca di qualcosa di autentico, privato e al di fuori delle destinazioni subacquee più gettonate in Indonesia. Attualmente, abbiamo 32 siti di immersione mappati e classificati per livello di esperienza e prospettive promettenti.
Snorkeling
Le acque che circondano Awera sono ricche di biodiversità marina, vivaci barriere coralline e offrono una visibilità cristallina, ideali per immersioni e snorkeling in un ambiente sereno e poco affollato. Queste barriere coralline incontaminate, la ricca vita marina, la visibilità limpida e l’atmosfera di un’isola remota creano un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile, difficile da trovare altrove.
Surfing
C’è poco da aggiungere sul surf di livello mondiale nelle Mentawai che non abbiate già sentito, perché si tratta probabilmente della destinazione surfistica per eccellenza del pianeta. Famosa per le sue onde perfette e i reef break di livello mondiale, è una meta ambita sia dai surfisti esperti che da quelli di livello intermedio, nonché il punto di partenza ideale per i principianti.
